Capo 4.5

I'm rather pleased to say that another Capo 4.5 update is available only three weeks after I shipped 4.4. In this update you can now override the detected song key, and you can choose different layouts for the Chords song view.
This release came together rather quickly. I had already built the majority of the key override feature a few years ago, and I found it very easy to (finally) provide some improved layouts in the Chords song view now that Capo no longer has to support older versions of macOS and iOS.
I also took this opportunity to make some sweeping changes under the hood that improved performance in the Chords and Structure song views. Again, these improvements were driven by the large bump in Capo's minimum supported OS versions, and I look forward to doing more of this kind of work in the coming months.
I probably could have squeezed one or two other features into this update, but I decided to shorten the list so that I could get something out the door before WWDC stole my attention for a week.
And with that, I will now return to the satisfying work of tearing through this (massive) list of user-requested features. Wish me luck—these next two features require some heavy lifting of some really old code!
