Random Question 1

• Chris Liscio

I feel like asking random questions to "the crowd". Hopefully I can keep a count in my head so I don't have a hundred question 2s. Email your answers to website@supermegaultragroovy.com

Would you ever buy a set of speakers from eBay provided the builder documented the build process along the way with graphs and such? If so, what would you consider the maximum you would pay for them?

I get a kick out of building speakers, but I have no use for multiple sets around the house. I wonder if people would buy speakers that I built (mainly for the purpose of documenting FuzzMeasure's use, but also to demonstrate the process of building speakers). I would keep them as cheap or as expensive as people would consider paying for them, and in the end I would both gain experience in testing and building loudspeakers, while further increasing the number of examples for using FuzzMeasure. They would certainly look nice when finished, as I would make sure to use professional finishing services.

I most likely will not do this, but I wonder how many people would actually consider buying such things. I would certainly love to build such things. ;)
