Features Galore!

Why does Cocoa have to give me so much free functionality? I have added so many valuable features to FuzzMeasure yesterday that it's starting to look more like what I intended to have in a 1.3 or 1.4 release! :P

One feature in particular that I was planning to sit on was the support for multiple curves in a graph. I couldn't figure out how to properly manage all those curves, and implement the feature in a way that would be valuable to all my users. Once I started getting all my cleanly designed objects integrated into the trunk, I realized how simple it would be to manage the curves on a single graph.

So, in 1.1, I will also include the ability to view multiple curves on a single graph, and you can add labels to your curves, and load/save your measurement projects. This should be very useful for my professional customers that want to maintain reference curves to measure against, and bring them up at will.

Unfortunately, with all these features come more complexities in terms of managing all this extra data. For example, I have to either figure out a way to keep phase and frequency responses on the same graph, or implement more windows to manage all this information.

Beyond this point, there are still a lot of features that will need to be added. For 1.1, I am hoping that the feature list cuts off at what I currently have implemented, but I can see myself adding even more features to cut down on my coding effort. I guess we'll see where I'm at in the new year after all this time will be dedicated to FuzzMeasure. :)
