Getting Ahead Of Myself

Since I've yet to have a solid panic-free experience with the Transit USB, I must push my 1.1 development work aside temporarily. My original plan was to get 1.1 out the door with the audio hardware selection code implemented.

Right now, the majority of the code is written for 1.1. There may be a few bugs I have not yet caught, but I cannot call 1.1 complete unless I can experience it myself without any snags. Because I can't seem to thoroughly test FuzzMeasure with my own hardware, I will sit on 1.1 for a little bit longer.

The unfortunate side-effect of this is that I am now moving on to work that I was not intending to release until 1.2. Because I've suddenly found myself with time to work on non-device code, 1.1 may get that much more feature-rich. Once M-Audio finally resolves this issue I'm having, I will be able to more accurately figure out when 1.1 can get out the door. Part of me wants to hurry through these other features so that FuzzMeasure 1.1 can be that much more exciting to launch. The other part of me wants to only complete the structural changes that will make new features possible, so that FuzzMeasure is that much more solid out in the field.

The plot thickens.
