Final Stretch

I put a good chunk of time in over this past weekend, so that I could move closer to my release. This point of the process is very tough for me to manage, as it involves so many unnatural things to worry about.

A good hunk of my time was spent working on the product page for FuzzMeasure. Some of you out there have already seen it, and have given me great feedback. I must give some big-time net shout-outs to Dan for giving me awesome design advice during this period (and some gift art!). Web site design is not my core competency, by any stretch. However, I think that knowing what I like, combined with a functional knowledge of HTML/CSS, allows me to hold my own in that respect. I really do like the way the page turned out so far. It's not done, but it's close.

After I hit 8 hours of work on the product page for FuzzMeasure (spread across Friday night and Saturday morning), I decided to walk away and work on the actual software side of things again. I did a major overhaul on the UI, which now puts FuzzMeasure into a more pro-quality category. I also fixed a lot of issues that were being reported freshly over the week.

On top of all this, I am struggling with keeping the documentation in sync with the UI, and I have to make sure that all the text in my embedded payment system is set up properly.

I think I should be on track for releasing 1.0 on Friday morning. :)
