How silly of me. All along I haven’t kept an easily-accessible link to the ABFiller binary on this page. Here it is.
When I finally get around to putting a central location for my software together, I will be sure to keep ABFiller accessible. By “no longer supporting” the software, I should have probably said that I’m no longer developing it. :P Please, feel free to keep using it since it may help you out big-time! Also, I don’t mind helping if you run into any trouble.
I hope this hasn’t inconvenienced anyone too much.

ABFiller will only import contacts for me – but there are no contacts in the pst folder I tried to convert. Are you developing this app again? Soon? :D

where do in install it? in the mac or in the windows?

You would run this on your Mac, and drop the PST file from your Windows machine onto it.

just tried using this on my contacts .pst and it comes up with a massive runtime error before closing
