I actually had this conversation today with a telemarketer:

TM: Are you interested in subscribing to the newspaper?
ME: No.
TM: May I ask why not?
ME: I read my news on the Internet.
TM: A-ha! But don’t you only get to read the headlines?
ME: Uhh, no. I read The Toronto Star, The New York Times, and others in their full-form.

I guess the world hasn’t fully caught on to the benefits of the Internet, and how we’re able to save all those poor air-cleaning trees…
